Sarah was very responsive and friendly. Great host! Her place is adorable. Comfy bed, beautiful sheets, great blankets and very cozy. Probably not the best place for a super tall or large person, or if mobility is a challenge, but otherwise it’s a very sweet spot in an incredibly sweet town. I found it very cozy and her design details all the way down to her cookware were terrific.

This place was everything is was advertised and more! Sarah was beyond helpful and very responsive! Check in and out was simple, hassle free, and flexible! The area is quiet, walkable, clean and safe. The locals are friendly and take pride in the area clearly. The beach is clean, well cared for, and easily accessible. The house itself is spacious but cozy with a large fenced in yard. My pup Nora and I will absolutely be back!

I’ve been coming to Neskowin since childhood. The rental my family stays at is becoming a tight squeeze for the group, so my husband and I set out to book our own rental this year. What a find The Weekender is. It’s so lovely to be up in the trees, and there is even a peek-a-boo view of the water. Beach access is a block away. The cabin is tastefully updated and well appointed. Everything is as described or better. The yard is a game-changer for traveling with our dog, and the hot tub is delightful. Heed the comments about the small space, limited storage, kid risks, and low beams in the loft. If you’re prepared for that, you’ll have a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay at this sweet treehouse just steps from the beach! Neskowin is the cutest little spot and we loved our morning walks to grab coffee and our evening walks for ice cream and watching the sunset. Beds were comfy, amenities were great and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Wish we could have stayed longer…maybe next year!

Lovely home in a beautiful part of the city. Tons of sleeping options make this a great choice for larger parties.

Incredible place! Probably the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Mum is so obssessed she’s insisting on coming back in the future. The place is so peaceful and relaxing and the kids had so much fun in the bunk house they had a hard time leaving it. Sarah is an incredible host she even offered early check in. Thanks a lot!

Puffin Lane house was beautiful, stylish and easy to live in for the week. The home had everything we needed, was super comfortable for a multi generational family and was easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in Manzanita, while still being dog friendly. The hideout was a perfect spot for my Sister in law to work, while the decks were perfect for my mother in law to read a book. We enjoyed the adorable hot tub out back and were visited by deer while enjoying a soak. 10/10 would recommend!

Our family vacation was excellent. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed (and then some!).  The bunk house is great, we enjoyed the ping pong, shuffleboard, and darts.  The hot tub, patio area, and screened in back porch were all awesome amenities as well.  The location was good with a grocery store in walking distance, and easy drives to the hiking trails we wanted to check out.  Only about an hour from Portland, but you feel like you've traveled far away. The PNW is beautiful - if you're thinking about booking this place, go for it!

Sarah’s place was amazing! We loved the quiet neighborhood, the beautiful outdoor space and the location. It checked all our boxes and we will be back anytime we’re visiting Oregon!

We used this Airbnb as our home base for our tiny elopement in Pacific City and it was absolutely perfect! The home really is as beautiful as the photos, and perfectly clean when we arrived. The decor is adorable, the tiny town is picturesque, and the beach is a 2 minute walk away. There is also a super cute market/ cafe a few blocks away that has the basic necessities along with delicious coffee. We enjoyed the short drive to Pacific City, walking to the beach from our house, and being able to throw the ball for our pup from the hot tub was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s cabin in the woods is beautiful. The home, the surroundings, all beautiful. The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub location is perfection and the whole property feels like a private hideaway. Sarah was very helpful in her local recommendations and provided very detailed instructions every step of the check in and check out process. Would definitely stay again!

We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and could not have had a better time! We were there with young children and a dog, and there was something for everyone to do. We loved the outdoor seating area, the ping-pong table, the shuffleboard, and the accommodations which comfortably slept everybody in our 8-person group. The kitchen was well stocked, the scenery was beautiful, and the location is close to a grocery. 10 out of 10, would love to come here again, highly recommend.

We were in town for a family reunion in June, and Sarah’s place was perfect!  It was clean, and spacious for the 6 of us. We enjoyed having space to hang out and not feel crowded at all!  We loved the bunk house games and spending time in the hot tub.  The scenery was beautiful, as was the cabin!  Sarah was very kind, and let us know what to expect on checking in and out. She also answered my questions promptly.  We hope to go back and spend more time at Wildwood Basecamp!

This home was just what owner said it would be. She has taken extra measures to ensure safety for children. The rules were clear. The kitchen was stocked so well with beautiful knives, dishes, baking pans, a ninja, spices, etc. much better than any other Airbnb I have been to in the past. It felt very much like a home and not just an empty home.

Wildwood Basecamp is truly perfect. A wonderfully laid out space, impeccably decorated and spotlessly clean. We were there with two families of three and we had ample space both to gather and to take time apart.  The kids loved the bunk house and relaxing in the hot tub. The fire pit circle is lovely and well placed for socializing. Inside there is no nook or cranny not thoughtfully considered. There are wonderful spots to sit and read, play games, and gather -- all within view of windows showcasing the beautiful wooded surroundings. It's just wonderful and even better than the photos. 

Communication with the host was quick and easy and everything in the cabin was clean and in working order. We particularly appreciated the well appointed kitchen as we cooked meals daily. We hope to visit again some day! If you are on the fence about booking, just book! You won't be sorry.

The location was perfect with just a short, peaceful walk to the stunning and serene beach that felt incredibly private and calming. Absolutely amazing place! Sarah was a wonderful host and the town was very cool. We chose to go eat at a nearby restaurant both nights of our stay. But there was plenty provided in the house that would have allowed us to cook whatever we wanted! Everything about the place was relaxing.But especially the hot tub! Already making plans for our next stay here

Perfect stay for our family offering the best of both worlds: a peaceful location but close to activity a walk away.  At house: fun watching golfers from the back decks.  Privacy when in hot tub or hammock. Fantastic spots to sit outside house: chairs out front, along side walk to back, on front porch, places for everyone to be together/read/nap/relax/enjoy firepit & more. Easy walk/path to sand dunes/beach, which you could walk forever. Nice walk into town which we did with toddler in stroller or an easy short drive, did both on several occasions. Town is quaint, welcoming, has everything you'd want: market, cafes, coffee shops, dining spots, boutique stores, art galleries etc.  House has everything you'd want. We loved the location of the house plus being just a few minutes outside of the town. Great large kitchen to cook in - room for everyone to pitch in :) plus bbq right outside the door. EVERY detail perfect, in every room in this house,  Sarah an A+ hostess, we want to return!

We loved our stay at Sarah's Basecamp. Absolutely beautiful home, extremely clean, organized and well provisioned! Backyard and covered deck are awesome, sweet game room and fire area. Hot tub is super nice. Sara was so helpful and responsive with questions!!

Sarah's house is wonderful. It is in a nice, private, quiet location a few blocks from the beach. You can walk to the main street in town, but are far enough that you don't get the crowds. The beach access by the house leads to a wonderful, expansive area with very few people. We enjoyed nice long walks with plenty of space for our dog to run freely (at low tide). The house is nicely appointed with high quality furnishings and details. The kitchen is the best stocked one we have ever experienced with many items I want for my own home! The check out process was also the easiest we have seen.  Sarah was incredibly responsive and has a great book at the house with notes on the home, local things to do, and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing stay! Sarah was incredibly kind, communicative, and thoughtful throughout the process, we really appreciated how accommodating she was. The cabin itself was perfect for our group’s forest getaway. The main house was cozy, and the separate bunkhouse with games, hammocks, and space to hang out. We also loved the hot tub and fireplace. Highly recommend staying here for larger groups traveling near Mt.hood, Hood River.

Lovely home with more than enough space for 6 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the hammock in the back. We appreciated the fans and the blackout curtains and the comfy beds. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe and it's near a great running path and Spencer Butte Park.  The only drawback was that we needed to drive almost everywhere, as it was about 3-4 miles from campus. Sarah was a great host and communicator.

What a peaceful home to take a pause from our busy lives. Sarah’s place was exactly as described. Easy to find and settle in. We used this home as our base camp for trips to Portland to visit the Portland Art Museum and shopping one day. Then to Mount Hood Railroad to go to The Fruit Company, Bonneville Hatchery to see Herman the Sturgeon and some easy hiking. Lots of trails nearby. We had to go to Thriftway twice during our stay for groceries and it was so convenient. We loved the Bunk House games. Only regret is we had such a full itinerary we didn’t get a full day to just relax and enjoy everything this home has to offer. We felt safe in this home and neighborhood. We would definitely come back and stay at Sarah’s again.

The home is beautiful and spacious. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, close to the State Park. It's also close to the beach and the short walk is very pretty and relaxing. Each room and corner of the house is tastefully and thoughtfully designed. The artwork throughout is interesting and ties together beautifully. The outside gathering spaces are nicely appointed as well. The spacious kitchen had everything we could possible need for preparing family meals. We appreciated the nice attention to detail throughout the house.
